Refund policy
Coffee
As a perishable food product that is roasted to order, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if you are dissatisfied with your coffee, please email us at hello@gaslightcoffee.com with your name and order # within 30 days of purchase so we can work with you to make it right.
Non-Coffee Merchandise
Non-coffee merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided it is unused, unworn, and in original condition/packaging. Please email us at hello@gaslightcoffee.com with your name and order # to get the process started.
Gift Cards and Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she will find out about your return.
Damaged Items
Sometimes items get damaged in transit. Please email us at hello@gaslightcoffee.com with your name and order # within 30 days of purchase so we can work with you to make it right.
Missing Packages
If you believe your package is missing, please email us at hello@gaslightcoffee.com with your name and order # within 14 days of purchase so we can work with you to make it right.
