Shipping policy
Order Fulfillment
We roast to order so you get the freshest coffee possible. With our revised COVID-19 schedule, we currently roast on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders received after 10:00am on Mondays and Thursdays will be processed on the following roast date. This means orders will typically be fulfilled within 1-3 business days.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States via USPS. Orders over $50 ship for free. We are unable to ship internationally.
Local Pickup
At checkout, you may select “Local Pickup” to pick up your order at our shop at 2385 N Milwaukee Ave Chicago, IL 60647. Orders will typically be available for pickup 2-4 business days from purchase date.
Shipping Delays and/or Missing Packages
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Since the start of COVID-19, we have noticed USPS tracking information has not been accurate, including packages incorrectly marked as delivered only to arrive a couple of days later. Packages may also be delayed in general, particularly in Chicago. If you believe your package is missing, please email us at hello@gaslightcoffee.com with your name and order # within 14 days of purchase so we can work with you to make it right.
